Green Springs Park

Visit Green Springs Park in Volusia County to explore acres of natural Florida. Though Florida is known for its springs, this is one of the state's few green sulfur springs.

Green Springs Park is the perfect place to visit to immerse yourself in nature. Hike along both paved and natural nature trails and take in the view from scenic overlooks. Kids can run around on the playground, and you can enjoy your meals at the park's picnic pavilions. Behold the green sulfur spring, though note that swimming is not permitted. This park is also a trailhead to both the Spring-to-Spring Trail and the East Central Regional Rail Trail. The East Central Regional Rail Trail begins at Green Springs and travels 5.7 miles to State Road 415 in Osteen. The Spring-to-Spring Trail is a paved, 12-foot wide multi-use trail is that is still under construction, with at least 15 miles completed so far. Green Springs is connected to Lake Monroe, part of the St. Johns River watershed.
